Company Update

Effective July 1, 2019, we will begin operating under the new legal entity, OJay Enterprises, LLC (dba Swagelok Louisiana).

While the legal name is changing, business will continue to be conducted as Swagelok Louisiana, but no longer under Falon Company, Inc.
